10/6/2022 Nyheim Hines, Ind, RB
Nyheim Hines ran for three yards on one carry Thursday in the Indianapolis Colts' 12-9 win over the Denver Broncos. He added one reception for five yards.

Analysis: Hines got the start for Indy, but he went out with a head injury after his third snap when D.J. Jones knocked him down and Hines' helmet bounced on the ground. He wobbled as he tried to leave the field on his own and had to be guided to the sideline, where he was ruled out with a concussion.

10/6/2022 Gerald Everett, LAC, TE
Everett (hamstring) was limited in Thursday's practice ahead of the Chargers' Week 5 game at Cleveland on Sunday.

Analysis: Everett was a full participant in Wednesday's practice so it's possible he got hurt in Thursday's practice. Everett had five receptions for 61 yards with his second TD catch of the year in the Chargers' Week 4 win at Houston, and if he can't go Tre' McKitty would appear to be the next man up for Los Angeles.
10/6/2022 Matt Prater, Ari, K
Prater will miss the Cardinals' Week 5 game against the Eagles due to a lingering hip injury.

Analysis: Matt Ammendola was signed this week to fill in. Ammendola appeared in two games with the Chiefs earlier this season, converting 2 of 3 field goal attempts and also going 2 for 3 on PAT tries.
10/6/2022 Dawson Knox, Buf, TE
Knox missed a second straight practice Thursday with foot and hamstring injuries.

Analysis: Knox was listed as questionable for last week's game at Baltimore but was active and caught three passes for 40 yards. The tight end has yet to find the end zone or top 41 yards receiving in any of the Bills' first four games.
10/6/2022 Kyle Pitts, Atl, TE
Pitts is dealing with a hamstring injury and missed a second straight practice Thursday.

Analysis: The second-year tight end has been a bit of a disappointment thus far, having been held to two or less catches and 25 or fewer yards in three of the Falcons' first four games. Owners may want to explore their options even if Pitts does play Sunday at Tampa Bay.
10/6/2022 Jake Elliott, Phi, K
Elliott (ankle) is not practicing and is expected to miss the Eagles' Week 5 game at Arizona.

Analysis: Cameron Dicker was signed to the Eagles' practice squad Wednesday and looks in line to get a chance to kick for the league's fourth-ranked scoring offense. Dicker has never played in an NFL game.
